Although high-end event furnishings were readily available in other markets, designers in Western Canada had few options. In 2007, Fireworks stepped into that void and now takes great pride in being the dominant supplier of rental soft seating, bar counters and alternative banquet furniture to designers,  producers, trade show managers and venues in Western Canada. Fireworks Event Furniture is an offshoot of Fireworks Marketing Group, an experiential marketing agency that designs and implements internal and external programs that help build business and customer loyalty.
